Believe it or not, the composer of this song is no other than David Foster of Canada. The same person who created the song “The Power of the Dream” for Celine Dion at the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games. Also, he also composed the song “Can’t You Feel It?” as the Calgary 1988 Olympic Winter Games theme song, too. “Can’t You Feel It?” is the vocal version of the instrumental one called “Winter Games.”
