Actually no. The myth busters did the “white people” version of it. Go to places like india where the rocks are glowing bright red. They walk on that. I have seen men lick metal that had reached the point of being White hot. You are talking about over 1000 degrees. At that temperature if you touch something for a second you are going to get severely burned

since your feet arent actualy in contact with the coals for long enough, and the top layer of coals is actually quite a lot cooler than the others, as long as your calm, walk slowly and lightly you wont get burned…
