I have also begun using this incantation, on my way to work and on my morning walk. I’m not trying to ruffle feathers, but you’re not supposed to just LISTEN to this, but get into it, say it out loud, feel it, be certain of what you say, believe it! You look at some of those people in the front row of this seminar and they don’t get it. Get emotional about it.
