   Yes we do need it.. I was there with my sis and it was fantastic. She nearly didn’t go due to watching these type of vids and thinking it wasn’t for her… I would have thought the same in the past.. I’m Irish, and like the Brits, our two nations can be overly reserved without alcohol and suspicious of anything all joyful like this! The use of music was skilfully done to raise the energy of everyone at the crucial times, so we were able to focus all day, as well as anchoring positive change

   Apparently people learn really well when they are all pumped up and excited. He says this in one interview I heard which is why he likes to get them all happy before they start.
   A bit weird for us reserved Brits but maybe we need a bit more of this harmless child-like happiness?
