I was in Hawaii the same time and at the same hotel as a group of his folks and him. They all talked about manifesting themselves and their something or other to complete it safely.
However, from what I have read about fire-walking, it isn’t so much about mind over matter as about science. Your feet sweat and as you walk over the coals the sweat becomes steam and creates a tiny barrier between you and the coals. You can’t stand still, but you can (by walking briskly) get across without burning your feet. Look it up online to get the details of how it works.
Personally, I don’t want to walk over hot coals, so I won’t be trying it myself.

I have heard of both Tony Robbins and the firewalk. Robbins has many different resources to help individuals gain insight about themselves. Here is his website http://www.anthonyrobbins.com
The firewalk is a techinque that he uses to help people with self-awareness. I do not know if it is dangerous.
