If we start each day appreciating the miracle of breath, all else becomes even more miraculous. It’s not that we can’t find comfort in beautiful possessions, we can. But like all material objects they fade. Finding peace in self with god, we find true peace. Hold all life preciously and accept it as it is with love. Let it go with love. It all starts with the individual, with you not someone else, and spreads exponentially. Always know that you are loved and pass that love on.

this man is honestly worth listening to… me being 15 can find everything he says relevant and induced to my life as it attribuites the prupose of life, within your self, just think about it. it doesnt matter about everything else, peace is possible, i look upto him, i idolize him, he makes everything so simple, it all just ‘fades away’. everyone reading this should honestly start watching and go to some of the programs, it is on tv (sbs) Peace is possible, find it in your self first.
