Man has the capability to distort almost any good that God does. However, God ultimately will do away with the distortion and even currently distorts the distortion so as to ultimately bring good from it.
It is parallel to those who attempt to blame God for evil in the world when in fact evil by definition is against God.

Where did you here that it was God’s handy work? God gave us the ability to make things in a sense be little creators. like Him, We are after all made in His image. But He makes matter and energy we only cook with His ingredients.
If we make a cake deadly then is HE guilty since He made corn to be ground into flour? So "No" is the answer to your Q

No it does not. He gave us these things and the sin that we brought upon ourselves causes us to corrupt.

Don’t forget the power in gunpowder. Or the power in TNT. Or the power in gasoline. Lightning. Hurricanes. The force in the arm that swings the sword. And the power in you (which mostly came from the power of the sun) which powers your arms and legs and fingers.
What do you do with the power God gave you?
And God’s point is that all this power is not enough to equal ‘good’ unless it is bonded with "real’ power, that is LOVE. Where are we going to find that? It is not made of molecules. It is spirit.
The Bible says God is love.
