   His book “The Giant Within” is absolutely brilliant. My favorite chapters are the ones on transformational vocabulary, questions, metaphors, focus and physiology, and others. What I got from the book is that how you label something or what you say to yourself influences how you think, thus, influences the way you behave. You ask yourself a question and your brain has no choice but to come up with a answers to your question. Keep asking until you get the answers that you are looking for.
